real estate but he is no stranger to Murfreesboro. Frank has lived in
Murfreesboro since 1984. He attended Middle Tennessee State University
majoring in Business Administration and Information Systems. Previously
Frank owned two technology businesses, DataWorks and Data Services of
Tennessee.
Frank is married to
Lora Caperton with whom he helps raise their three daughters. The
Capertons are members of New Vision Baptist Church on North Thompson
Lane.
