| Boulevard Terrace provides skilled and

at home. We provide licensed medical staff as well as physical,
occupational, speech therapy and therapeutic activities. We also

Focusing on the importance of nutrition, Boulevard Terrace offers delicious, therapeutic meals served in our large formal dining room or in the privacy of the resident's room.
